[we are on the] go - The traced path is characterised by the interests, principles, and thoughts of each student. The grounds they collected throughout the last year of the degree, allowed them to explore new ways, practical and conceptual, to apply different informations and strategies to several projects, taking them now with themselves to the next stages.
turn on, tune in, drop out

“Everything unbelievable was possible.”

The statement of the photographer Josef Koudelka concerning the events of the Prague Spring in 1968 serves as a theme for the historical framing presented in the DC IV programme, whose main focus consists of the countercultural movements that occurred in the second half of the 20th century; particularly emphasising the decades of the 60s and the 70s (...). The characterisation of this period, marked by strong political and ideological convulsions, an accentuated crisis of cultural values, and an exponential technological evolution, allows for an understanding of a group of factors which, directly and indirectly, have affected the design condition.

[we] are - Europe has been our project motto in the final semester but it is definitely an idea that does not end here: it will be in constant development, with no concrete destination. All thoughts, ideas, suggestions, and concerns are now communicated to all those that seek to understand and reflect on the European identity in these agitated times we are going through.
what is your idea of europe?
Europe is plural, but more than a strictly grammatical plural, it is defined by successive attempts to build a tectonic of cohesive singularities. (...) A reflection about the idea of Europe through the analysis of its multiple meanings and historical conditions, through the debate of our rights and duties as European citizens.
