Communication Design V Project

The project “Dolce far niente” was initiated in the academic context by finalist students of Communication Design in the scope of the subject Communication Design V. It is centered on the theme Europe, and its main goal is to present our idea of the Mediterranean countries, starting from the project motto — “the South as a state of mind”.

The topic focuses on the deconstruction of current stereotypes found in the thoughts of many people in regard to those living in a different part of Europe.

The main goal of the project is to take these nonsenses about how lazy the Southern Europeans are (who have more hours of work) and show how initiatives such as “slow movement” can decelerate in a contemporary context and improve life quality, bringing positive aspects even to work conditions.
